Chronic medication denial

I have a problem with gems chronic medication department. I have sent my prescription on the 8th of August and it was attended on the 15th of August and the outcome was a rejection of my medicine. I have a chronic condition that needs medication. I need to have the medicine as soon as possible. My doctor motivated for the medicine and they rejected my request.

They have told me that I need to add on more medication but I was admitted in hospital and used the request medication without any problems. Do you think that my doctor would prescribe medication without knowing that I need to add certain medication.

I used this medication in hospital and there was no problem that required me to add on other medication. The very same medical aid (GEMS) paid for the medication that I requested without complaining and now they require extra things like add on. Who told (GEMS) that I can't function without the add on . Gems is forcing me to add on medication that I have never used before and my doctor has not recommended for me.

The motivation letter clearly states that me and my doctor has agreed that the medication will be used by me. I don't understand why (GEMS) is shifting the goal post every time I request the medication. I am not happy about gems Services at all.

I need the medication as soon as possible and GEMS is denying me access to the medication. I have consulted with my doctor so many times and still I cannot meet gems requirements for the dispensation of the medication.

Please help me I don't know what else I need to do for gems to give me this medication
