Chronic medication Declined
I have been on GEMS Ruby medical aid for more than 7 years now and paying alot of money for it. My doctor requested I use heparin medication for Blood clots since my beginning of pregnancy. The medication is more than R1800 at pharmacy and used it for 3 months n now my savings are very low due to this. My unborn baby cannot survive without this medication and have to use this for 6 months atleast app**** for Chronic Medication almost 3 months back and was rejected for no reason ,im in need of this medication and I can't pay it on my own cash as I pay for the other medicines I also use. I'm really unhappy with GEMS service. My doctor sent motivation and appealed but no decision has been made yet
