CHRONIC MEDICATION DEBACLE AS USUAL

Please Hellopeter, please come out with a negative star rating so that we can give these people exactly what they deserve. Although it won't help much because they don't care anyway. I have had problems with my chronic delivery multiple times. The renewal request gets sent to them and it just sits there like the workers just sit on their backsides. This is peoples' lives involved here and they are just so indifferent. My Medipost account is ALWAYS in positive, they are owing me money, but GEMS in their laziness does not forward the renewal to the courier service, making us people blame the poor Medipost when it is their useless workers that they found in the street with no training who are to blame. My DOCTOR sent the renewal notice to *** on 21 April 2021 and now my Mom has run out of pressure meds. I call GEMS, they put me through to Medipost, who say that they have not received any renewal request. If it was not for the Govt subsidy, I would have migrated to ANY OTHER service provider. PS. I am with GEMS since 2009.
