Child Birth

<p>My wife gave birth on 21 June 2017 with an C-section, There i was all along thinking that i have a medical aid that i pay every month so both me and my family are fully covered until i found out i must pay R10 000 up front for my wife to get assistance at the hospital when she went for operation. Now i must go take up loans to pay the hospital fees but i have a medical aid and its not like we choose to give birth this way just for fun, it was recommended by the gynecologist based on the risk he identified . You know how much i earn monthly and you expect me to have spare R10 000 for shotfalls in my pocket, I dont think this medical aid cover is giving me a cover.</p>
