Change my banking details!!!!! Requested frist time 27 Febrary 2015!!!!!
<p>I have requested banking detail changes since 27 February 2015 and thus far no banking detail has been changed. All enquiries electronically done and i have received no e-mail back resolving my query!!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>I have verified today and still the old account is used.</p> <p> </p> <p>I now need this account to be changed now!!!!!!!</p>

Please note that we require the following documents in order to process your request:
- certified copy of your identity document (ID);
- a bank account statement (not older than three months); and
- proof of your residential address (not older than three months).

The required documents have already been submitted to GEMS electronically on 19 July 2015. This has now once again been mailed to GEMS. I have comp****, change the banking details and also advise why it has not been changed since then!
