We have been struggling with Gems since January to keep my son That's turning 21 on the Medical aid because of his Epilepsy and Bipolar Disorder and Dislexia until today 18 March everyday is a nother thing a nother problem it's n never ending cycle of incompetence or what Gems please Tell me

18 Mar 2025, 10:48Last year March I went for n Operation on my knee for torm tendons and ligaments the orthopedist Put in a claim for a brace
It is nesssasary to keep it from tearing again Gems refuse to pay For a R4 ,500 brace everytime a different excuse now We have to pay n monthly payments to Carstens for the Brace
