Cannot see a doctor because GEMS refuse to remove the nominated doctor i did not authorise
A month ago I nominated a doctor using the app, however when I called to check the nominated doctor I was told that I have not nominated any doctor, so I nominated a doctor for myself but it seems like my dependent has been auto nominated a doctor not of our choice and I am trying to remove that doctor but the GEMS does not want to assist and I paid half of the doctors bill twice although I had nominated a doctor using the app.

27 May 2021, 08:13Just received an email from GEMS and still they have not removed the doctor that I did not nominate, and I have payed co payments because of these. all I want is for GEMS to remove the doctor that I did not nominate. I need to have secondary option available so that if I need a doctor in a different town I can just call GEMS and nominate a doctor of my choice
