Can I just please have my money

Gems please can I just get my money. You have one excuse after the other. I first call and your customer service gives me an email address to send banking verification and certified ID to. I call again and now there is a banking form I must fill in plus all the previously indicated documents. I then send the email to ********** and the email comes back as undelivered. I call again and someone indicates that it's not ********** but ********** Gems please just give my hard earned money and stop being so bad at providing a service, please.

I'm not a member. I am a service provider and I provided my number and ID number to hello peter when submitting the complaint.

Good day

Thank you for bringing your concerns to our attention.

Please note that that the practice banking details were updated on 8 February 2019. The payment that was scheduled on 31 January 2019 will be settled with the next claims run on 15 February 2019

Please note that all claims are paid at the GEMS Scheme rate and depend on the Scheme Rules, the member's available benefits and clinical protocols. If the provider is charging more than the Scheme rate, the member is responsible for paying the difference.

We wish to extend our apologies for the delay in finalising your enquiry and any inconvenience caused in this regard is sincerely regretted.

Kind regards
The GEMS Online Team

Well, unfortunately, GEMS the enquiry is still not finished because today you decided to send me an email 8 days later (FROM THE 8th of February) informing me that the certified ID document I sent through was not clear enough, conveniently after the payout day yesterday. This means that GEMS has conveniently missed out two payout days for services rendered. What is happening GEMS?
