Call recording of the worst service received during a life and death situation

My mother had to be admitted for heart failure yesterday but couldn't get an authorisation because her medical aid was suspended due to outstanding fees. I paid the amount and called in to find out the quickest way to send proof of payment so that the suspension can be lifted and the Auth granted. The consultant I spoke to told me there's only one way, email enquiries@gems and that can take up to 48 hours. I told her my mother cannot wait for 48 hours to be admitted, and the consultant said "well, you wouldn't be in this situation if you had paid the money in time". I asked for a manager and the consultant told me a manager won't tell me anything different and that I am undermining her. She put me on hold until I eventually dropped the line and called back. I had the call recorded so I do have the recording with the agents name available.

When I called in again I still got the same consultant, Eventually she put me through to Nanah, who gave me a direct email address and got the proof of payment immediately. I need the call to be listened to so you can hear the attitude and the tone this consultant was using showing that she doesn't care about the lives of people as long as she gets her salary. If I hadn't pushed back my mother would still be waiting for an authorisation and maybe even dead by now

The rude agent didn't take the membership details so I don't know if her name will be on the policy, unless you can track the person that transferred by call to nnanah. Please let me know where I can send the call recording
