CALIM REFUND REJECTION

I have a serious problem with GEMS, I do not understand how I have been sending receipts paid up to a speech the****** and the refunds were paid up within time and no hassles now I send a receipt for the same the****** suddenly the information is not sufficient like who the hell is authorizing the payments and then suddenly changing the rules.......seriously annoyed and the agent who helped me cant even see that I had been paid out before. So unprofessional
