Bill not paid

I went to Mediclinic for a normal delivery. I was later rushed to theatre for an emergency c section. The bill was sent to the medical aid and was not paid in full. Reason: I should have went to a government hospital if it was an emergency. I am on the second highest option Emerald. I wasted hundreds of rands on airtime. All I get back was that I should have went to the nearest government hospital. Please help me as I cannot afford to pay this billMedical aid ***
