Beyond bad service ever.Nobody wants to work and nobody has answers.

The worst service ever from both agents and their TM's. My young sister was not a registered student last year and as a result GEMS suspended her on the medical aid while deducting contributions towards her from my mom's.None of the consultants bothered to call my mom to inform her about their decision (my mom is old and doesn't know none of the scheme rules).Fast forward this year my lil sister is now a student and requested the suspension to be uplifted.GEMS told my mom to pay a Lil over 11k for my lil sis for services they did not render (What a ****).My mom being the old self paid such beginning of April and to date the suspension is not lifted.Every time my mom calls she is told they are escalating the matter which their turnaround time is 7 days.It has been over 21 days every time they escalate.This people got their money and all the necessary supporting documents but to date my little sister is still suspended. Have no hope at all that they will ever lift the suspension.GEMS doesn't care about their clients,I mean their only source of income while demanding monies for the services they did not render.Their consultant are all clueless and the only word they know is escalation. They even put wrong notes on the system.Allocate incorrect documents to incorrect reference numbers.
