BENEFIT GUIDE
I am on Beryl option. I was informed I will need a root canal. Does GEMS cover root canal on BERYL? I see the 2015 Benefit Guide it says \ CLINICALLY INDICATED DENTAL SERVICES INCLUDING EXTRACT & EMERGENCY ROOT CANAL PROCEDURE
