Begging to become a member

<p>I have been trying to bbecome a GEMS member since 10 February 2017 when I first submitted my application form. I have not received any responce and have sent atleast 8 application forms by now. I have emailed the comaints department 3 times but get no responce. I have phoned the call centre 2 times and they simply tell me to email and fax application again. Why would they suggest sending it via 2 routes??? It feels like I am begging GEMS to make me a member and take my money... if this was any other medical scheme I would have been a member by 11 February. What am I supposed to do just become a GEMS member?</p>
