Bad servise by Gems

Very disappointed in Gems. Pleas think carefully before joining them. Been with them for a long time. They are getting worse by the day. How do you decline a patients invoice just because it is not proticol if you are in a phiciatric hospital. Docter just try to beter your health because it was crusual, and then get a diatrition in to urgently help, and medical aid decline invoice. Seems like they will rather pay a whole lot of money for hospital if something serious happen because of your condition than paying a small amount for been helped before you end up with heart attack or serious illness. Do not understand what is happening to this medical aid. A docter won't call in someone if not nessesary, but seems like they all know better than docters.
