bad services by Gems

<p>I have wrote to Gems complaints, hello peter about my son hearing device fro the pas two months. they first declined my claim saying i did not send through the motivation, which was not true, they then later requested for a claim statement which they also had,. I was then called by the complaints department about the issue and they promised to fix it, Up until today the claim is stil rejected with no reason.
