Bad service. Not even the scheme want to be accountable

I was admitted in pholoso netcare hospital on the 2nd January 2023 only to be called 3 days later to be informed that it is a non gems network hospital 😐 how was I suppose to know, it was an emergency the hospital did not bother to call me or tell me that there is a cold payment of R12000 pre my admission. I would have opt to go to another hospital instead they leave me to be admitted only to be told later I need to pay.... I have made calls and was taken from pillars to post no one want to take accountability. Very bad service. I'm so disappointed mxm
