Bad service, incapable agents
I started at the Gov on 1st Jan and only joined GEMS 1st March due to incorrect communication. I was admitted on Tuesday 20 July with ****** bleed. Anemia, which is a PMB condition. I did not get Auth, because they busy with underwriting. I had to leave the hospital with a blood pressure of 87/56 and HB of 10 for a woman!! I had to pay the account myself and now I'm just waiting to bleed to death and I won't know the cause of it!!!
Really bad service from GEMS!!!!

23 Jul 2021, 15:16Still waiting feedback. GEMS is a BAD medical aid. They must do an autopsy on me to see why I died, cause GEMS don't want their members to be treated, but they TAKE your money every month!!!!
