Bad Service from GEMS

My disappointment with GEMS ,I got diagnosed with CoVid-19 on the 29th of May 2020,I was moved to Dr Yusuf Daddo for Isolation but I was also not well as my Blood Pressure was Elevated .I called GEMS the following day which was the 30th to enquire if GEMS covered me in my condition. My call was received by a Buyisile Rikhotso a consultant that told me that I was GEMS did not cover me unless I was critically ill,I told her my clinical condition and still insisted that I was not covered.I called again on the 7th of June to verify what Buyisile had told me just incase maybe I is under but a colored lady told me the same and was very ruse telling me that I asked irrelevant questions,I have never been in this position before therefore I didn't know the right questions to ask.I feel mistreated especially by people who are supposed to care about my well being,I have been a GEMS member for a long time but I have never received such a horrible experience before.I was subjected to sleeping in a cold room with no hot water or enough blankets because of people who didn't have the humility of going the extra mile to find out how they could help me.

I am very sore and that I only have God to thank for my current well being.
