Bad service from Gems

Un organized organization with inaccurate information. I was using my husband s medical aid.,then after he passed on I went to gems in sunnyside to ask what must I do....I was assisted by consultants whether they are interns or fulltime workers because they don't even know what's happening. They said to me fill in the forms for continuation of medical aid,and for now pay medical aid with cash and we will send you back your money ,I paid for six months then I went back now I am advised that I must open my own medical aid and I must forget about that refund it is donated to charity by force.i am also working for government but now I am paying medical aid without subsidy because of the consultants who just wake up and report for nothing...like really how can you be so cruel being a widow itself its budden,you even taking my money again
