Bad Service
Bad service I have changed my option from Emerald Value on February to Ruby option but to my disappointment they still charge me for Emerald Value which on the 12/02/2025 made payment of R3840 after they unilaterally suspended my membership but to my disappointed they say I owe them amount of R4600 which I telephonically enquired about but they didn’t give me any information why Ruby is charging more than Emerald Value
