Bad service and they are misleading their clients

Good day , Gems is a very bad medical aid , they are still refusing to refund me . Today they calling me and telling me a different story with regards to money that is due to me . All documents requested from me were submitted long time . Today they telling me a different story . I paid money into their account 2 years ago and they don’t want to give back my money
