Bad Service and Failure to provide correct information on the website

GEMS medical aid provide incorrect numbers for their clients and furthermore, staff are very rude. Whilst looking for a dentist on the GEMS network we find a dentist name for KZN for the wrong province prefix and the number does not exist. How do GEMS expect us to stay within the network if we do not have the correct details?

Secondly, whilst booking an ambulance, I spoke to a very rude agent, Vashetsana. She didn't listen and she was extremely rude. This kind of service delivery is unacceptable.
