Bad service

I have been ill treated by Gems mesidical scheme they suspended my medical aid hence they are continuing to take subs from persal and my chronic medicine are stoped as well when i try to talk to them their so called egents they are rude and tell me they are doing as per the instruction of their empleyer. Gems they dont pay our docters in full when we join them they never said they eill short pay our bill so im disappointed on how they operate so im asking for interventin ASAP
