Bad service

I have been with Gems for 6 years now. This year I gave birth to my son in February. June my son got sick and he was admitted in hospital. Blood was drew for all other tests dr was concerned about. Up to today Pathcare had not been paid I sent emails and I called them yesterday a lady told me their lines are busy they will give me a call back until today nothing. I am worried about this amount because I do not have money to pay for it as Gems deducts money from me everymonth and I was told that when it’s in hospital there are no problems encountered. I hate having to argue and fight for something I know I am entitled to😕😕
