Bad service

Am having the worst service with gems medical aid,i canceled my membership lastyear septermber due to their long waiting period,fine they never diducted anything for the whole year,then boom fews days back i get my payslip n they deducted.Why now in 2019! I call them eveyday n i get one story or another, no one from their side can tell me who reactivated my acc.I am soo frustrated i regret goin to their offices with my paperwork.I need my refund.
