Bad service

I am a member of Gems on the Onyx option. I chose this option because of its excellent benefits, although it is more expensive. I suffer from bipolar depression and I need a lot of medication.<br> <br> In December of 2014 they forgot to send me my Euthorox 25m/g and this happened again in February 2015. I have to make an excess payment. Why this sudden payment? Before this it was without any excess.<br> <br> The doctor prescribed Truvilon. I had to buy it over the counter the first time with an excess payment which was much less . Gems contacted me and said that I can use the generic which will be fully paid for by Gems. All of a sudden I have to pay some fees for the generics as well?<br> <br> I spoke to two ladies concerning this, they transferred me to the chemist who in turn referred me back to the ladies. I have to make a payment of R 339 for the Epetic and Truvilan.
