Please can you assist if possible Dr phoned to say GEMS rejected my claim can you please explain reasons for not paying it as I had a incident where I got almost hi-jacked and was assaulted where I got thrown with a brick in my face (jar) and then I was hospitalized I was then told my jar is split into two luckily x-rays showed different but now gems is refusing to pay please if possible give my a call urgently thanks in advance. ***.
