Bad Service

GEMS offers the most bad service ever and they don't care about customer service. Every time I call the call centre, I hold for long before speaking to a consultant. When you finally speak to a consultant to address your issue, they tell you that they will escalate the matter to the relevant department to resolve the issue and they will notify you once the issue has been resolved. The issue was not resolved and no notification was received. It is so sad that we pay month after month to receive service delivery but only to be disappointed. GEMS needs to improve in order to keep their clients happy.
