Bad service

Am very disappointed that gems medical aid will not pay my claims because of a certified ID copy, when they clearly know that we have covid19 regulations and going to places like the police station could be a health risk to a pregnant person. So they rather have me break the law and risk getting sick, even when the country is faced with such a pandemic. Their call center refused to escalate my call to a team leader or a manager, instead vuyisiwe zungu made me hold without getting back to me with feedback
