Bad service

I’ve been trying to get my son reinstated because they resigned him because his birth certificate was light , which is a home affairs fault . I had to reapply for a birth certificate and pay it then I sent it to Gems a month ago. Still haven’t got any response to emails nor can the call center agents help me . Each time I call I get a different reason or time frame . I’m annoyed because my son has to go to the doctor
