bad service

I have been complaining to hello Peter about the service from gems,I am still waiting for their response about the reversal of the money that was paid into Dr's account January then to my surprised reversal was don in July all I want is the reason for that en i want to know why i took months for the reversal to be done,to me its *********** because i have paid the dr the money that was due to me,what stressing me is that i am in debt now because of Gems , they cant treat us as if we are animals they will do as they like because this will have negative impact on my name if I don't pay Dr Jordaan .Gems is failing most of their members i have been reading other complains from this site about gems ,worse they dont have a nerve of responding to us ,we are adult we need to be treated like adult not like what is happening ,by keeping quite to our complains as their clients ,that one it shows disrespects to us ,it is better if you phone a person and explain rather that hearing from doctor not from your medical aid. even if you try to make effort of phoning them you get *********** consultants who will tell you that i will ask my boss yet you are using cell phone,I feel sad when i am sick because i would worry about Gems ,if the account will be paid or what ,of which is not normal
