Bad service

I m so disappointed about Gems service and lack of security.i was phoned by one of their consultant today.she said call is based on my quiery about changing option.i have never ask any advice about options change.i even told the lady who phoned me that I don't understand where did you get such requests.she told me it's written down maybe the person made a mistake.wht kind of mistake my details should be secured why that call.

I want an explanation what happened where did the get that request.
