Bad service

I had a very bad experience while on holiday away from home. My chronic eye drops ran out in my suitcase while traveling. I contacted GEMS, as required and had to change my preferred pharmacy to Springs, which I did. When I arrived at the pharmacy I spent 2 hours on the phone, at my own cost, to be told that I have to get an affudavud from a police station and they would investigation the matter before desiding if they will pay for another bottle. How do you investigate whether it ran out in my luggage? U had to pay the R242 in cash. These drops prevent me from going blind.
