Bad service
<p>Gems medical aid has got such a bad service, firstly last month I was told my chronic funds were exhausted, I contacted them last week again explaining to them that i need my meds as I am bipolar and I'm afraid of relapsing' but still my meds haven't been delivered and I feel I'm relapsing as I can't sleep already, What's the point of being with this medical aid? They really don't understand what does chronic mean. They dont care about the well being of their members.</p>
