Bad Service

<p>I'm really fed up with the service from GEMS. Now Doctors in my area are refusing to treat GEMS patients because GEMS is not paying them. This is really frustrating because we pay our montlhy contributions to GEMS but they are not keeping their end of the bargain. So what is the point of having a medical aid? Now am forced to use another Doctor because my current gynae has blacklisted GEMS.</p>
