bad service

<p>I am so frustrated about Dr Gorny account practice number ********** .service date 29 /05/16. I recieved statement from doctors account department informing me that I am owing Dr Gorny R2955.57.I made follow up with gems last time I spoke to Deborah ref. call MH ********** 4 who told me that I must tell doctor to submitt modify code together with terrif codes. When I phoned doctors room .the lady told me everything was subimtted to gems,gems is full of stories when it suppose to pay. Now I am confused what to do because the next thing they will hand this account to credit bearu. that money is to much and i am having medical aid.REALY gems is frustrating me because its not a first complain .I am in debt owing N17 hospital because gems didnt pay them. Again its this account I am spending my airtime making follow up , some codes were not paid,code 0023, 0011, 0147. Other codes was paid partial. why am i suffering but I am Emerald member real i dont know when I will get good service withouth any report to hello petr</p>
