Gems medical aid worst off all ! No service , numerous calls , promises, escalations but no feedback on tax certificate for my late husband estate. GEMS holding back the whole process. Since October 2024 till now only promises and nothing else . Why must you wait for a deceased person tax certificate 12 months.
Keep away from Gems medical aid.
