Bad customer service

Please review your recruitment processes at your customer service because your consultants make you seem like a ****ty medical aid. They can’t find anything. My optometrist sent a motivation for my spectacles on November 24. They claim not to have received it although I also sent them a copy. This was also a problem during my pregnancy. Gems came through for me in a really big way this year but your call centre frustrates me. I can’t bully them all the time before getting serviced.
