Bad Call centre Service

<p>We suffer because we are Government Employees.</p> <p> </p> <p>Since my wife was in hospital i know GEMS bad service , al calls which i made to them , i spent minimum of 15 minnutes , i call which was dropped , transfered back as a new call, one of my call i spend 1 hour .</p> <p> </p> <p>why why?</p> <p> </p> <p>one day is one day.</p> <p> </p> <p>those who have choose must cancel it.</p>
