Bad and poor service from Gems

My name is Modiba MM, ID NO *** and I am a member of Gems. Since 22 July, I have been waiting for my medication. I have never seen a company that is so uncompetent like Gems. Even the staff is so uncompetent because how can you not deliver a chronic medication.. This company is taking people for granted but as a government employee do I even have a choice. I am so ****ed off
