Bad Admin

My mother passed away in June 2021. From about October 2021, I have asked GEMS to please stop sending statements to both my mother's email address and my email address. I have emailed and phoned on numerous occasions, but they still insist on sending these statements. Please can someone call me to assist me? I really don't want a constant reminder of my mother's passing.
