Authorisation not forthcoming!

We have requested authorisation from GEMS for a blood pressure monitor, with motivation from doctor and quotation from supplier attached. This authorisation has been send to GEMS 4 times since the middle of August 2024 and everytime we get an email back with a reference number stating that the matter is being attended to and we will hear from them within 72 hours. And that is all. USELESS !!!
