Authorazation

My name is m s mahlangu iv been with gems medical aid for almost a decade now never used my side of the dental now i went to see a maxillo facial regarding a toothache frm hell he suggested to extract 3 of my wisdom tooth sent me for xrays which i did sent all the details to tje medical aid on the 12/12/18 since then i havent received authorasation for the procedure which is infact booked for the 19/12/19 and when i call them today they still sending me from post to pillar yet m constantly in pain iv sent them necessary document but still
