Authoratation department GEMS can't get throw!!!!!!
Very cross with Gems. As i am writing this rewiev i am still on the line fir mire than 2 hours already waiting to be asistted to get authorataiin to behospitilized. Even the doctors rooms has been holding on yesterday fir three hours abd had to put down the phone. This is to much. Please can someone assist me urgently.
