Atrocious services from service from Gems

Good morning

I am writing you an email cause I need you to intervene with the problem I am having with the incorrect premium deductions that are going off from my persal profile. I have numerous times called in to Gems contributions & debt Management call centre and have communicated to Simphiwe, moroesi, Naadiya & others but none of them has been able to assist me. I added my new born son in January 2018 as a dependant but prior to doing that I checked the contributions calculator which clearly indicated my premium should be R1325.00. No premium was deducted for the new dependant in February 2018, I asked Hr to check my salary advice for March, in March a premium of R2578+R1054,00 =R3632.00 was going to be incorrectly deducted, a financial inconvenience of approximately R2307.00. I then contact the Gems Contributions & Debt department several times to try & get clarity as to why but I was informed that I must check the Dept of Labour as to why they are not subsidizing the new dependant. I asked Hr at my department as to why my new added dependant was not being subsidized, Hr then informed me that it was because Gems had registered my new born son as an adult, as reflected on Persal. One of our Hr officials in the Province then contacted our HR official at Head Office Mr Levis Baloyi. Mr Baloyi then send Clinton emails in February 2018(see below attached emails for all communication between myself, Mr Baloyi, Clinton & the most recent Naadiya). My salary advice for April 2018 still indicates an premium of R2578+R1054,00 =R3632.00 is going to be incorrectly deducted, another financial inconvenience of approximately R2307.00. That effectively means that financially I am going to be inconvenienced for (2) months. I again in early April 2018 asked Hr in our Dept of labour to check my salary advice for May 2018(please see attached persal printouts) clearly indicates that the new born son, the newly added dependant has now been removed as only 1 adult appears but the incorrect deduction of R2578.00 remains. I have never asked for him to be excluded or removed, so why has that happened? I have been very patient cause this issue has been going on for months now, I can no longer sit, call & listen to empty promises from the Call centre’s agents & team Leaders. I have received nothing but atrocious services from your agents hence I am asking you to please intervene & advice on a speedy resolution going way forward. Please note I also wrote an email to Ms P Ndima the Call Centre Manager but I was informed that she is on leave and will only be back on Monday, 16th of April 2018.
