Approved Procedure (With Auth Code) Never Paid

ONCOLOGY CLAIM -QUERY NR: MH ********** 0 - M HERBST - MEMBER NR: ********** 53 The above mentioned member passed away and between my husband and this lady at the lawyers we are being pushed from post to pillar Dalene Joubert, WCA/Legal Collections Manager, Bouwer Cardona Inc, Tel: ********** This treatment was approved for payment, yet the medical aid never paid the claim. There has been numerous telephonic conversations and emails sent between GEMS, the Collections Company and my husband to get this sorted. Please can somebody with authority look at this issue and have it sorted. It is honestly not nice to have to battle so many years after my husband's fathers death to get a payment done that was approved in the first place. Please give this your urgent attention.
