APPROVED PMB MATERNITY BENEFITS FRUSTRATING

I have maternity benefits approved on PMB on 28 February 2023, did an NIPT test which was approved but the claim was deducted from my day to day benefits. When I called was told claims department didn't have my approval documents. Send through the emails I received from Pmb showing approval, was told the matter has been referred to Pmb for resolution, waiting for the outcome. Now again in March a scan for after 24 weeks which is part of what was approved was not paid been told the Dr needs to write a motivation as to why she did the scan and using the tariff code she used which mind you that is what is written on the approval. What is the use of approving benefits on Pmb if you have to write motivations before payments.
