Approval for once off use of zoladex during gyae p
I underwent a gynecologist procedure on the 20/11/2015. I recieved a bill from st Augustine's hospital requesting payment of R5006.83 for meds used in theatre. I tried on numerous occasions to get the correct help from the call center consultants. I was told that a motivational letter was needed for this. The accounts dept at st Augustine's handled the matter By emailing the letter directly to gems. I recieved a 7 day notice letter for the payment of zoladex.I contacted st Augustine's and was told to sort it out with medical aid. I contacted gems myself on the 16/02/16, I was told that they did not receive it. It was sent again by the st Augustine's accounts clerk and by myself thrice on the same day. I called gem the following day 16/02/16. I went through the usual very unhelpful , unprofessional call center between treating my own patients several times to see if the letter was recieved.(MH ***2) (mh***). I was transferred to a chronic dept. after waiting over 1hr on one call I gave the phone to my manager as there was 3 patients waiting for me. The lady left the phone on the side and refused to give her name and details. mh***0, Mh***8. .declined today???
