Application process dragging

I’m also not pleased with the application process. We sent the application process two weeks ago and nothing has been done yet. I spoke to one of your consultants and he doesn’t seem like he knows the answers as to why is this process dragging.

Kindly assist, this is becoming too much. Why would an application process take two weeks?? They are telling me about an affidavit that I was supposed to attach on the application form yet the form only requests a marriage certificate yet I’m told that the process is taking long because the affidavit was not attached. Besides, why am I not contacted if there are outstanding documents?? Why do you wait for me to call and make a follow-up? I’m not pleased with your assistance at all!!!
